FEE COMPARISON
The AYHL provides players with fees that are comparably much lower than that of community Hockey.
Community registration is typically upwards of $1700/player when factoring in $1000 for registration and approximately $750/player in cash calls and fundraising and/or volunteer fees.
When compared to community association fees, the AYHL fees are approximately $500 to $600 cheaper when you include all the elements listed below.
The AYHL has an ALL-INCLUSIVE FEE structure. There are NO cash calls, NO fundraising and NO volunteer cheques. The AYHL includes the following products/services that are "extras" in community hockey.
Pipsqueaks and Tykes have 30% more development ice - value of $300
Pipsqueaks division has 10 more games - value of $400
Up to 15 hours of professionally run dry-land, video review and/or sports education - value of $790
Full Ice Tournament - value of $150
Holiday Party - value of $80
Jersey, socks & water bottle to keep - value of $80
Set schedule, set location, superior coaching, no volunteering, no fundraising - value of ?
When totaling the fees as per above, community Hockey would charge $2400/player.
When you consider the AYHL has better coaching, a better facility, no volunteer commitment, one location, a set yearly schedule and no fundraising, we believe our league is a far better option
